MANAGING CHALLENGES BY IMPROVING COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
In the beginning, the project was expected to be quite small and easily manageable. However, due to some arising issues regarding the setup and design of the website, though we proceeded through the development by following the provided specifications, we agreed with the client to redesign and revise the structure of the site on several occasions. Thus, as we were committed to meet the expectations of our client as well as to meet the deadlines, we had to remain as flexible as possible by continuously improving and refining our approaches and practices. Furthermore, in order to better understand the client’s intentions and ideas, and to be able to easily identify and discuss any emerging issues, we put great effort in improving our communication channels between our team and the client. As a result, we fortunately managed to establish a constructive and productive dialogue with the client and avoid any misunderstandings.
